Adsorption Dryer
Adsorption drying is a chemical process in which water vapor is bound to absorption material that can be solid or liquid. The general working principle of adsorption dryers is simple: moist air flows over hygroscopic material — typically silica gel, molecular sieves, or activated alumina — and is then dried.

Externally Heated Purge Desiccant Air Dryer
The dryer is controlled by microcomputer and operates automatically.
- The system has programmable control of running time to meet the requirements of different users.
- It can correct the temperature and enhance the accuracy of measurement.
- Real time display of working status, real temperature simulation, operation time and residual drying time of each tower in a cycle,
- cumulative operation time and working status of each tower, so that users can clearly understand the operation status of the equipment.
- The automatic control equipment operates normally and displays the operating status parameters
- Monitor the operation process, automatic fault alarm and display
- The user sends the start / stop command through the text display screen, and can set and adjust some parameters
- Monitor and prompt components requiring maintenance, and have sensor self-test function
- It has manual, local and remote switching functions
- It can be connected to the central control system of the whole plant
- Support Modbus communication protocol
